Board of Appeals

Board of Appeals hears and decides appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the Building Official concerning equivalent materials or methods that relate to the adopted technical codes. The board has no authority concerning the administrative or technical requirements of the adopted codes. The Board meets as needed. Staffing is provided by the Building & Safety Department, 536-5455.
