The City of Huntington Beach is in the process of conducting an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) self-evaluation and transition plan. Areas to be evaluated include facility and program accessibility, accommodations for individuals with disabilities, and administrative policies and procedures. A draft plan has been completed and is available for review and comments.
As facility users, individuals who would like to provide input are invited to complete a survey. A separate survey is available for organizations that represent individuals with disabilities, community members, employees, and other groups who wish to participate in the evaluation.Public comments are important to us and will provide valuable information regarding how the City of Huntington Beach can better serve individuals with disabilities.
