There are six decision-making and advisory bodies within the Public Judicial Bodies of the City of Huntington Beach.

Additionally, Planning serves as liaison to a variety of other boards and committees.  These groups are typically advisory to the City Council and Planning Commission regarding single-issue topics.  Others are County or regionally sponsored groups geared towards larger regional issues.  Planning staff interacts with the following groups:
