SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT BUREAU
Lieutenant M. Reynolds currently serves as the supervisor of the Special Enforcement Bureau. He coordinates the unit and oversees one Education Specialists and the protection of the City Council. Lt. Reynolds also oversees the Directed Enforcement Team (DET), various Volunteer Programs, Downtown and Bella Terra Footbeat (SET) , the Neighborhood Enhancement Team (NET), and Community Support Services.
