Huntington Beach Fire Department maintains eight fire stations throughout the City. They include:

Fire Station 1-Gothard opened in 1971 and is similar in design and construction to Fire Station 2-Murdy. It is located in the center of the City and serves the Oakview area, Five Points, and Central Park. Station 1-Gothard is located adjacent to the Central Net Training Center, which is a multi-agency training facility used by the cities of Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach. Fire Station 6-Edwards is the City’s newest fire station and it opened in 2000. This station serves the Seacliff area. Station 6-Edwards personnel staff the Department’s Hazardous Materials Response Unit and a Paramedic Engine company. Depending on the type of response, station personnel will staff the appropriate apparatus.
